All needles used for acupuncture treatment are single-use, sterilised with Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas, and CE marked complying with British Acupuncture Council Code of Safe Practice and ISO 17218:2014 (soon to be replaced by ISO/DIS 17218).

While appointments are generally booked 2 — 3 weeks in advance, we also have a waiting list if we have any cancellations for your preferred time slot.

Your employer will let you know if you can use your cash back plan for acupuncture - we can supply a headed invoice for you to give to your work.

As a Member of the British Acupuncture Council, Ming Chen is registered with certain insurers providers eg. Aviva, Vitality & WPA.
Ming Chen’s membership number is 956478 which you can provide to your insurer who will let you know if you can use your insurance for treatments with us. -
